If a gift arrives less than perfect, we make it right — no photographs of receipts, no arguments.
What is the return window?
Seven days from delivery for unused items in their original wrap. Personalised and edible items cannot be returned unless damaged.
Something arrived damaged.
Send one photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We dispatch a replacement the same working day at no cost.
Can the recipient exchange it?
Yes. Every parcel includes a gift receipt with an exchange code — no price on it, so the value is never revealed.
How long do refunds take?
Three to five working days to the original payment method once the parcel is back with us.
